The advantages of CVC twill fabric (a blend of cotton and polyester with a cotton content of ≥ 50%, woven in twill pattern) can be analyzed from aspects such as material properties, performance, and practical value. The synergy of the composition (cotton + polyester) and the twill structure is also considered:

1.Comfortable and Skin-Friendly: High cotton content, with consideration for breathability and moisture absorption

The cotton content in CVC fabric exceeds 50% (for example, in a 80/20 ratio, cotton accounts for 80%). It inherits the natural advantages of cotton fibers, such as moisture absorption and breathability, as well as softness and skin-friendliness: 

The moisture regain rate of cotton is 7% - 8%, which enables it to quickly absorb moisture from the body surface and keep the skin dry and comfortable.

It has a soft and smooth texture, and does not cause any itching when adhering to the skin. It is suitable for wearing scenarios such as shirts, workwear, etc., where the garment needs to be close-fitting or in close contact with the skin.

Anti-wrinkling and wear-resistant: Enhanced durability through polyester infusion

The polyester component (with a proportion of ≤ 50%) compensates for the shortcomings of cotton, endowing the fabric with anti-wrinkle, anti-abrasion and anti-deformation capabilities:

Anti-wrinkle property: The crease recovery angle of polyester is ≥ 100°, reducing wrinkles during daily wear and making care easier;

 

Wear resistance: The high strength of polyester enables the fabric to withstand pulling and tearing. Industrial water washing can reach more than 50 times, far exceeding pure cotton;

 

Shape retention: Polyester is not prone to shrinking or deforming. Combined with the "locking" effect of the twill structure, it can maintain a crisp shape even after long-term wearing or washing.

4.Outstanding durability and stability: High-count and high-density weaving or the incorporation of strong and tough fibers ensures that the fabric structure is tight and solid, wear-resistant and durable. Even after repeated washing, it can still maintain bright color and stable texture, thus extending its service life.
5.Convenient, efficient and easy to maintain: The non-ironing and anti-wrinkle post-treatment process is widely applied or natural anti-wrinkle fibers are used, significantly reducing the daily ironing needs. We value our customers. In case of any discrepancy in quality or quantity, the buyer should raise the issue within 30 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. All claims shall be accompanied by inspection reports from recognized public inspection institutions recognized by the seller. If it is ascertained that the responsibility involved in the claim lies with the seller, the seller shall reply to the buyer and propose handling suggestions within 20 days after receiving the claim.

A:Mainly are ready-made shirt fabrics which are composed of CVC (60% cotton/80% cotton), Tencel cotton, bamboo fiber, fully cotton non-stretch fabrics, and ready-made non-stretch fabrics, etc., which are high-count and high-density shirt fabrics. 

Q3: Where's your markets? 
A:Our main markets are the United States, Europe, Japan, Russia, and South Africa, we are sparing no effort to expand our business to other regions worldwide 

Q4:Could I do customized order with my own design,logo, labels and tags? 
A:Yes, OEM and ODM order are accepted. 

Q5.How does your company do regarding quality control? 
A:We have own QC to monitor each production starting from sampling stage to production line as well as packing and shipping. We strictly ensure the colorfastness for bulk fabric, lining & all accessories should ready ISO 4 grade and max Shrinkage is 3% for woven fabrics and 5% for knitted fabrics which is the strictest requirement for garments business. This strict quality rule has ensured us to succeed in garment business for more than 20 years' time. 

Q6: Can we make sample based on original sample or picture? 
A:Yes, we can make a sample based on the original sample, also we can make a sample refer to picture or designed artwork. 

Q7: Can you provide FREE SAMPLE? 
A:1) A4 size sample and one meter sample will be free charge, you need to pay freight only.

2) Samples which more than 1 meter, you need to pay the sample cost and shipping charges. Once you place order,sample cost will return to you. 

Q8: How long do you need to make sample? 
A:It is usually 7-14 days depend on styles and lt needs 3-4 days to deliver to your place.
