This blended fabric, made of 55% cotton, 25% polyester and 20% Tencel, achieves multi-dimensional upgrades in terms of comfort, performance, appearance and environmental friendliness through the complementary synergy of natural fibers (cotton and Tencel) and synthetic fibers (polyester). The specific advantages are as follows:
What is the DP non-ironing Craftsmanship?
1.Comfort Experience: Moisture-wicking and Coolness + Soft and Smooth Skin Contact, Beyond a Single Fiber
Absorbs moisture and wicks away sweat, always keeping dry
Tencel (Lyocell fiber) has 1.5 times the moisture-wicking ability of cotton (moisture regain rate is 12%, while cotton is approximately 8%), quickly absorbing sweat from the body surface and spreading it outward;
Cotton assists in retaining moisture, polyester accelerates moisture wicking, and the combination of the three makes the fabric's "moisture absorption → moisture wicking → evaporation" efficiency double. In summer, it doesn't stick to the body, and in the rainy season, it can still remain dry.
2.Touch-upgraded, feels like a second skin against the skin
Tencel has a silky smooth touch like silk, compensating for the "plainness" of cotton; cotton retains the natural softness and skin-friendly properties, neutralizing the "slipperiness" of Tencel; polyester gives a moderate degree of stiffness, avoiding the fabric from being too soft and saggy.
After being blended together, the touch is delicate and warm, smoother than pure cotton and more "full-bodied" than pure Tencel, with zero itching when worn close to the body.
4.Outstanding durability and stability: High-count and high-density weaving or the incorporation of strong and tough fibers ensures that the fabric structure is tight and solid, wear-resistant and durable. Even after repeated washing, it can still maintain bright color and stable texture, thus extending its service life.
5.Convenient, efficient and easy to maintain: The non-ironing and anti-wrinkle post-treatment process is widely applied or natural anti-wrinkle fibers are used, significantly reducing the daily ironing needs. A:We have own QC to monitor each production starting from sampling stage to production line as well as packing and shipping. We strictly ensure the colorfastness for bulk fabric, lining & all accessories should ready ISO 4 grade and max Shrinkage is 3% for woven fabrics and 5% for knitted fabrics which is the strictest requirement for garments business.
